House in KC area located

Just waiting to gain confirmation that we are approved. It's actually in Grain Valley for folks familiar with the KC area....or for those not familiar its just East of KC off I70.

Seems like it will be nice place...pretty new construction. And a relatively decent commute to where the job is located. Most importantly, 22 hours CLOSER to home
