*I really loathe the term 'hen's nights' I also dislike 'girls' as in 'girls' night in'. I wish more contemporary terms were recognised!
Oh, me too. I rather prefer the American term, Bachelorette Party.
And having attempted to help organise a friend's "hen night" not that long ago, there seemed to be a real shortage of affordable, appropriate, fun activities that would be suitable for a wide range of things. They ended up opting for a nipple-tassel making and swinging class, so I ended up opting not to go :/
