WOW, there's a movement to stop the ingestion of dog meat. YEAH. I went to this outdoor kind of market thing once, and there was a vendor (with dead octopus hanging and a few other treats) that had dogs tied to his stand. I thought it a bit strange, and then I found out they were for food. YUCK!!!
