Easter treats, or an appalling lack thereof
I have absolutely no Easter stuff yet. Nothing. I have to go out today in the freezing rain for chocolate and video games and whatnot. If the Boy were here he'd go on a tirade about Easter gifts and how it's stupid that I always buy them and the brats are spoiled enough. I seem to have survived the vile puke-a-thon that was yesterday more or less in one piece, though I still feel sort of squishy. I have to go to student-led conferences this evening, then an iCommerce meeting with a friend of mine, which I'm having difficulty talking myself into at the moment. Boy got his info email from new job today and is leaving for Toronto on Saturday. I'm glad he's going back -- he's been driving me mental since his second week home and I can tell he's really excited about it, though he feels badly about leaving us. My house is all about Super Smash Bros. Brawl today (and also yesterday), which is making me lose my will to live. I decided to take Crowley out for a walk to get away from the constant noise and have returned drenched, exhausted and slightly weirded out.
