That's one of the things I love about Twitter-Jane and Maura; they know they can't cross the line and actually be dating textually, but they don't feel the need to flat out deny anything. (Which is probably why TNT isn't trying to shut them down.)

Me, me! Probably because I'd just read a great fic (can't remember the author, sorry) where Jane talks about being good at stealing bases in the context of being with Maura :-).
Maura scolding Jane and Jane making Maura laugh (against her better judgment) are some of the delightful aspects of the Twitter Jane/Maura dynamic.

Ah yes, it is so nice that they don't outright say that they're not dating! I have some tweets about their opinions on assumptions that will be up soon, they're funny. Also, I think they work with TNT, no? I think I've seen it around that the accounts are approved by TNT or something?
Haha, ah, I have yet to read a fic like that! But "base hit" made my twitter ears perk up! Well, I think almost anything they tweet does, I can easily misconstrue anything xD
mhmm, I do love it when Maura laughs in spite of herself, haha.
And I think Jane will have Maura someday...at least, in our minds and our fanfiction. Lol!
