Confused.com

Was going to post, but can't seem to find the option of "friends" "custom groups" etc....anyone have any ideas?  Next to "post" I have "to journal ms_wanderlust" and then "to community (4)" offering me options I don't really understand.  This is the first time for ages I've wanted to customise who can read my post and it all looks very unfamiliar,

It's at the bottom under the 'Security' drop-down menu.
