Lucy likes to pretend she has no feelings whatsoever with regards to the Doctor. He showed up at the right time, and they were both a bit mixed up, that's what she likes to tell herself. Part of her wonders if he likes the attention, likes the moments they share together simply because that's what they are. Moments where they don't have to think about what came before and what is to come. On the surface, this is what she feels, but underneath there's something bubbling that she dare not even think about ( ... )

When Lucy looks at John Smith she sees the Doctor, she see's a man with one million problems, commitment issues and a very strange way of life. She also see's a man she admires and trusts with her deepest feelings. Hence her confusion when it comes to him.

She calls him "The Clone" but this is just to make sure she clearly identifies him for herself. She feels pity for John Smith, because like her, he has played second fiddle to a time lord. She sees how he looks at Rose, she knows she loves him, but she also knows how Rose feels towards another.

John Smith is good for a drink and a dance, he likes to flirt and she does too. Lucy finds him too much of a temptation sometimes, mainly because he is a great deal less complicated than his twin.

To Lucy Saxon, Reinette Poisson is a figure to be reveared, and now that they exist in the same space, to envy.

When Lucy was a child, she loved the decadent history of France and the stories of Versaille, the kings, queens and mistresses. She longed to be one of those beautiful women, adored by men and dressed in exquisite gowns. Seeing Reinette is like seeing one of these history books come to life.

Lucy sees Reinette, and thinks she has grown used to being desired, wanted for her looks and intelligence. Yet she still demands respect and reverence from most, something Lucy aches to experience properly. Reinette represents the life Lucy could never have, and the life she wanted so greatly to achieve.

Lucy had her King, he was fallable and destructive. All she needs now is the Doctor to save her from the monsters, but somehow she thinks he never will...

((Sorry it's a little short, we need to RP together properly some time!))
