Don't uncross your fingers yet. I want a reasonable offer. No, I want a generous offer, but I will accept a reasonable offer.

Oh, I forgot all about the journal!!

They made an offer, $1000 lower than what I needed. I politely negotiated them to the amount I needed and then accepted! I start TUESDAY!

Not only did my old boss not say anything negative about me when giving a reference, he told her she didn't need to look any further. This week I turned in all my stuff at my old job, and they took me out to dinner and said wonderful things about me.
