This entry was inspired by _lady_narcissa_. :) The pastries she is showing look quite a lot like the ones we call "laskiaispulla" (Shrove bun) but I doubt the recipe is the same. Especially since it seems the other ones are deep fried while these were baked in oven. Anyway, you can take a closer look here.

I can't really blame myself for having two either. ;) I was visiting one of our customers, and they insisted I have two. That is a good enough reason, isn't it? :D
