It is disrespectful and sexist to call Hilary Clinton "President Hilary" and every other candidate by "President Surname". I don't give a flying monkey's ass if there's already been a President Clinton. It doesn't matter because it would be perfectly obvious which Clinton you're referring to. I've noticed that too. I haven't heard "President Hillary" -- or "President [anybody]" for that matter -- that much, but she's constantly referred to as "Hillary" in all contexts, while the men are referred to as "Obama", "Edwards," and so on. It's been bugging me too.

Yes, exactly. And it's really disrespectful and sexist. But of course, all I hear is "stop seeing sexism where it doesn't exist. it's just confusing because of her husband." Pfft.
