Yeah, the anger one is a hard one, b/c swallowing anger is not healthy, but then channeling it 24/7 and just wallowing in it/holding on to it is not great either. I am gonna have to look up my anger stuff - I have a binder somewhere with some stuff about a variety of things like this, but it's been ages since I looked at it. (I hope I still have it.) I do have problems with expressing anger in a healthy way, myself. I diffuse mine too much, oftentimes/talk myself out of being angry and that isn't good ( ... )

And oh, I've actually started thinking of the last one in computer programming terms, actually. I sort did that to try to break some very bad habits? It kinda helped me analyze them? I actually have FINGERNAILS, now! :-O (I know you are a member of the mouth manicure club, haha.) And I didn't have to think about it? Not sure what did it, but I started drinking more water, for one. Was probably several different things.

Yes, I've made my life into a science/engineering project recently. XD
