•2x toasted sandwiches with ham, cheese & bbq sauce

•one half of a hamburger with cheese & bbq sauce
•one quarter of a cheesecake

I just ate my sandwich from yesterday and had an English muffin on my way out the door before I came into work. I think I should be okay with that but if I get hungry I have an apple and some carrots if I need to gnaw on something. Otherwise I have some fiber pills.
It's so hard some days, but we'll make it. :)
