Toulouse sausages, so garlic + red wine (Sainsbury's had an offer on). Not pictured is the fact that they stank out the kitchen while defrosting...

Arf, I have just bought some of those sosages myself. No courgettes though, I have had ENOUGH of them. I shall examine yr recipe cos I have no potatoes to make sausage and mash and thus I'm like "so, what to do with sosage huh?", etc.

I can recommend this as a use for these sosidges! Pepper is what I usually use instead of courgette, and that is very good.

Ooh! I have a similar recipe involving sausages and pasta, but with wholegrain mustard - bonza autumn comfort food.
