Fic Worship (warning: long babble below, sorry)

Hello! I'm brand new to the fandom (having watched all four series in the space of two days). I'm completely in love with the show and for me the best things about it are Chandler and Miles and their wonderful friendship. (I normally thoroughly enjoy slash, but unfortunately my OTC (One True Character) in this show is apparently Chandler and so the Chandler/Kent fic that largely focuses on Kent does little for me

Oh wow! Thank you for giving this fic a chance and leaving me such an uplifting review! My OTC character is Chandler too but I think I'm a minority as it seems to be predominantly Chandler/Kent so truly, thank you for giving the fic a chance! :)

Highlight for Series Four Spoilers: It's funny about the drowning part. When I had originally drafted this piece, it was to bridge the gap between episodes 3X3 and 3X4, to explain the emotional differences in Chandler (driven to solve the cases), Miles (over-protectiveness), Buchan (the need to gather every case) and Kent (over-zealous hovering over Chandler). When series 4 came out about the drowning, I was shocked at the coincidence. And, I was worried that they might introduce canon my fic would contradict. But whew! Not the case!

But lovely lovely Chandler angst. :)

I do want to try writing more Whitechapel. I'm working on other deadlines right now but who knows? If penfold-x is willing...:)

As for recs, I think there's not much there, but I'll ask penfold-x; she recruited me into the fandom. I
