Home comforts are the comforts of home. I spent nearly 2 years couch surfing post-Uni because I didn't have a home, and the bureaucrats were shit. I'll never forget the kindness of people who put me up, and put up with me, during that period. Nor will I forget the help so many folks offered over that time.

Thanks for that, really rather interesting and makes sense. I was expecting more a post on particular fuzzy slippers you liked kind of things, but I think I prefer the post you gave, the comforts of home being the place you can relax and almost be off guard to rejuvenate.

Also I hadn't thought you'd name the Brandy cat, but yeah, home is where the cat is.
