I am a Cat person. I don't dislike dogs, but in general, my liking of dogs is far more individuated than it it is of Cats. To steal a line from Neil Gaiman's Coraline:

"Cats don't need names. We know who we are."

I'm not one of these people who thinks cats are the most elegant, refined, and superior creatures known to man. They are however, People. I
