I know this is like 10 years after the fact, but is there any way to change the comment section back to the old style? I want to be able to see people's icons! None of this 20x20 crap.
Also "tune in and publish." Dare I ask what the "tune in" refers to? 🤔

Wow, I hate this layout. I'm afraid I can be no help with changing that, as I'm rarely here myself unless I get one of those "so and so has posted for the 1st time in awhile" emails, which is what happened here. I thought maybe adding ?style=mine to the end of the URL would help, but nope. My own journal style still works, but it doesn't work here. (I have the setting turned on which used to mean I saw everyone's journals in my style, but that doesn't seem to work anymore.) Took me a few minutes to even figure out how to comment.
I really enjoyed last week's Who episode too! Hopefully RTD doesn't break ours (and Donna's) hearts again.

On my older posts it still has the same layout, but everything new is borked. :(
I'm semi-worried about DW because RTD loves his angst, but on the other hand it's only 3 specials and not some grand arc, so maybe he'll go easy.

I think you can change things to look like your own style, but that's about it. We need xkit for LJ.

My icons are showing normal size on my comments page, but I have my comments page set to the default Livejournal display.
I went to settings>display and I have the following unticked - View comment pages from my Friends page in my own style; View all journals and communities in my own style.
Also here: https://www.livejournal.com/customize/options.bml I have Disable customized comment pages for your journal set to YES.
Hopefully one of those help!
