This prologue has me eagerly waiting for more. I love the idea of a Muggle weekend for the Order, hee, but Tonks's worries are also believable -- I hope we'll see her learning to trust that Remus likes her for herself. And surely it's high time for Remus to be figuring out that Tonks is, indeed, interested. ;)

And hooray for calm unflappable Remus -- with his shirttails hanging out from his jumper.

I think DH cemented that Dedalus/Hestia is the new OTP, and if anyone could be calm surrounded by Niffler testicles, it would be Remus. ;)

I love your Sirius--he's so much less seedy than my own, and wonderfully written. Also, "You got a problem wif shop cake?" had me literally howling with laughter. Dung is so underused in fic, which constantly surprises me because the humor potential is astounding. Needless to say, you nailed that.

I'm very much looking forward to an update to this. Thanks for giving me something so fun to read after a long, long week.

godricgal and I just couldn't resist putting in a few Order member cameos -- we absolutely agree with you about Dung, how can you not throw him in where you can? You haven't seen the last of Sirius in this fic, either, and are very glad you like our characterization of him. We try to go for a mixture of total bastard, but the best friend a man could wish for. ;)
