Well, I dunno. Orgasms, last time I checked, are usually free. A drug would cost money, and increase our health-care costs. :-)

Effortless orgasms could be more preferrable, then?

I'm sure there are some people that can't get orgasms easily enough (for their liking) or can't even get orgasms at all (poor things).
