This is gonna be behind a cut, cuz this is something I feel strongly about, and it's probably something everyone disagrees with me about, so I'd rather not bore anyone or spam up their friends page

I read it. Not sure what I think. I don't think she should be tried as an adult or have to register as a sex offender, because that is something that is with you for life and is meant to keep dangerous people in check, not meant to punish ignorant girls for trying to be cool. However, the fact that a girl even remotely thinks this is okay to do is f*ed up. To this day I refuse to let any nude pictures be taken of me because I don't trust that they won't end up on the internet (yes, I trust a man while I am dating him, but I've had enough relationships end to not be sure that one will last forever). Yes, a few scantily clad photos exist, but even those only two people have ever seen, and the scantiest ones do not include my face

Huh... I had a hard time understanding what you were getting at. I think there is certainly "confusion" in our society about how much sexuality teenagers should "have". There is a constant struggle between the parents who feel the child should never be sexual and the 15 year old kid who thinks that one boy in chemistry is hot as fuck. I think the premise that it's unnatural for 14-year olds to feel sexual is false. I can think of plenty of cheerleaders and girls that I wanted nothing more than to bone the shit out of when i was 14. On the flip-side, I dated girls when I was 16 (and they were 15) who wanted nothing more than to fuck me as hard as that may be to believe

The points I wanted to make were basically:
That she should be hit with the book to set an example; That people don't value themselves or sex as much as they should.

Having a sexual disorder I've felt sexual to some degree as long as I can remember. Plus, I remember when I was 14, people were having sex (much fewer) back then too

It's funny how, now that science has made us live longer, we're being taught to surpress basic biological urges and instincts, being told that they're "bad."
Back in the day, you got married in your teens, and women who made it into their mid-20s without getting married were spinsters. Having babies came with getting married, thus having sex, thus teenagers having sex. But it was ok back then, because that was how society operated.
Society and biology are not on the same time schedule anymore. Teenagers still have the sexual desires, you're the most fertile you'll ever be in your teens and 20s, but now you aren't "supposed" to be fucking and having kids until your later 20s and 30s. But society also exploits the shit out of those feelings and urges, making teenagers crazy with desire and giving them nowhere to put it.
Also, this girl clearly made a big mistake doing what she did, but being a registered sex offender is not the right response. Yes, she should be punished, her behavior was not acceptable. But sex offender registration is not for teaching kids a lesson. Sex offender registration, which started to be required by law in many states after cases like that of Etan Patz in New York, is used to track criminal sex offenders. They are intended to keep people, primarily children, safe from harm. This girl needs to be taught that her behavior is unacceptable, but making her register as a sex offender is not the right way to teach her, and it distorts the purpose of sex offender registries

ok.. you know how much I think and how much I can write when I get started, so I'm going to limit this to (I hope) a short comment on ONE thing that hit me in the face while reading all of this (yes I read it all, but not the comments yet). why are you just concerned with sex offenders seeing it and being turned on? wouldn't most normal men (i. e. NOT JUST YOU WHEN IN HEAT [ahem]) be affected by a nude female photo, at least in the attraction sense? and what about a slightly older female giving a young (14-15) guy a (or a dozen) two-shot(s) - would that be worse or better than your illustration? (it was hard not to hit her, btw). making an unavoidable display of your extra-attractive-but-personal parts to people whom you know will probably be tempted by them is playing with what should be special and too valuable to throw out for anyone's casual attention, and no matter the age or sex, people should not play with other people's basic instincts so lightly - imho. it usually just messes up what could have become some type of good

Ok lemme break this down and see if I can understand.

You and I both can run off on a million tangents similar to a stray drop of water trickling down a wall with cracks and splitting off into more water droplets.

I find it disturbing to give a criminal food.

An underage woman? Possibly. Not me though, nudity does nothing for me, unless it's directed at me. My libido is ego-driven, especially when in heat. Normal men, maybe, even if they don't want to admit it. That's probably why all of our statuatory laws make many men uncomfortable, from what I see.

You can't? You can get a general idea. I've not seen a pic of any young girl that didn't look like a minor. Even if that means I mistake some legal women as minors, so be it. I'd rather do that then assume someone's legal when they're really not.
What a silly term. Is she doing it intentionally? If an older woman is intentionally giving minors a "good view", then she should be considered a sex offender. If she's not, then she needs to dress more appropriately or be more aware of how she's bending over.

Easier to do back then because teens were probably able to take care of themselves, and life was shorter.
Teens now can't take care of themselves, therefore, they shouldn't be doing it.
I agree, society exploits the shit out of those urges.
