and a note on anyone that picks up on the Islamic law bit about it being "a sin" to refuse sex without a reason, it's also "a sin" to be a fucking dumbass and marry someone you don't wanna have sex with.

People need to stop sinning against themselves and maybe they'd understand how to fucking live and enjoy life.Just to clarify, in Islam, a sin isn't something that is going to infer "punishment from God", but it's not what the point is when studying the "instruction manual" on how to live. Sinning is about doing something wrong against yourself, and the results that'll happen to you when you do those things. Otherwise, there's no in-depth talk of afterlife, heaven and hell, etc (they're mentioned, but vague mentions of perfection and suffering ( ... )

Maybe the woman doesn't want to have sex because the man does not try to make it enjoyable for her and/or has no idea what he is doing?

When I'm having good sex (now, thankfully), 4 days is way too long! But when I've been in relationships with guys who weren't so great in bed, a week or two or three was easy.

in a relationship, once every four days is kinda ludicrous. i'm not sure how people lay next to each other w/o fucking, but i'm definitely not the norm in that respect.

on the other hand, we've both gone MUCH longer w/o sex. and probably even longer w/o good sex.

Hey, some Christians believe it's a sin to HAVE sex for anything other than procreation, so it's not like people should really be hating on Islamic law for telling you you SHOULD have sex...

The Bible says that both marriage partners are to have some control over the other's body, and it isn't just talking about caring that their partner is eating right or exercising or doing other things that are good for them. It says they are not to "defraud" one another of sex, or to "stay apart" except for limited and agreed upon times for prayer/meditation/special times alone - unless I am mistaken, but I don't think I am ( ... )
