I am sorry I have been away so long. I was taken with a bout of cold and felt no desire to do anything but sleep and drink tea. I am feeling infinitely better now, and there has been plenty going on during my illness.

It seems that our "Saviour" is indeed engaged, if the Prophet is to be trusted.

Rudolphus died at our master’s side. Killed by a wayward Avada Kedavra cast by a child called Pritchard. He was not the boy's intended target. I know nothing else of this Pritchard although the name is familiar. Perhaps you could find out more. Should you find him, Cissy, leave him for me to deal with. It won’t be long before I am out of here.

Rastaban is in Azkaban and hopeful of release. He remains true and that gives me much comfort.

Why, Mrs Malfoy, I am but engaging in some light-hearted banter with a dear friend I have not seen in quite some time. Heaven forbid that I ever become taxing on your little, well-coiffed head.

I do not doubt that Lucius is enjoying his time outside the confines of my little home. He must be spending all of his waking hours with you, I presume? Lucius never did cope well living within limits, if I recall correctly.

And the Malfoy prodigy - is he faring well? Friend of Pritchard, is he?
