Umm...help?

I've been making icons for a while, but I've never tried to upload them as my own userpic. When I did try today, it said the picture was too large. I don't understand because when I uploaded them to photobucket and posted them in an icon entry they came out the right size, but surely that means no one can use them and I've been wasting my time.

I'm not an expert (God, I am SO not) and I probably should stay out of this due to lack of experience, but uhm... maybe it was just the one you tried to upload?
I just saved a couple of your latest icons to see if it works and it does for me.

Is the icon in question a PNG? Or did you maybe save it as JPG and now it's too big?

I tried uploading a few from each of my posts and they all said too big.

Maybe it is the format, let me check it out.

Haha. I changed the format to JPG and now it's uploaded. Dear me, it was as simple as that :P
