Burton's Alice

The fact that this is even a thing that exists in the world makes me possibly happier than the film itself ever could. Let me just say, if this movie had existed when I was a kid I would be a very different person today.

I thought the bits with Dodgsen were kind of neat but other than that I didn't like it all that much.
MY EXACT THOUGHTS ON LOOKING GLASS WARS.

Although he seems to think she is a boy on at least two occasions, that could be an interesting angle to explore.
Okay, I'm glad it wasn't just me mishearing things! WHAT EVEN WAS THAT.

Jabberwocky is the title of the poem. The creature itself is a Jabberwock, no Y.
>:( >:( I KNOW. Ughhh.

The Jabberwocky, with eyes of flame-y came whiffling through the tulgey wood-y!

Well, Alice in this version is also the White Knight, and the kid in Jabberwocky is definitely a boy? So they might have been trying to play with that? IDK BUT IT WAS EENTERESTING.

We share a lot of opinions about this movie!

And I agree, the Queen and Cat were amaaazing. I actually heard a critic say that the cat's technical work was bad...I don't see how much better it could get!

And the White Rabbit did kind of remind me of Rabbit... every once in a while. I was wondering if it was just me trying to imagine he was or not.
