oh man.. it took me forever to find this in super junior community.
There's two appartment in the same building ( different floor ) :

Now there is 5 members in one, 5 members in another and 3 members lives separatly. But they are still at only a few minutes walking from each others. :

First: Heechul and Eeteuk share a room (a white and red room :D ), Donghae and Shindong share a room, and Hankyung has his own one.
Second: Sungmin and Kyuhyun share a room, Yesung and Ryeowook are together, and Eunhyuk has his own room.

Shiwon and Kibum live with family/relatives nearby apparently. (So Siwon is still with his parents, I guess.) Kangin was before in Yeh and Ryeo room but said on Chinchin a few weeks ago that he had left the appartement, so we don't really know where he lives :]

Credits to whoever said it numerous times on Soompi for the past few months lol
