I love how I can always bond with you. in reverse order... I've had to get glasses this past year. The assistant doing the test kept making me feel like I was faking it or something. (On her side though I used to cheat at eye exams. idk)
Dead like me............LOVE when you get your glasses, I've found some spn/dlm xovers that are amazing and fun.
I have spent the enitre day trying to remember the name of that Zach G movie. No one could help me. I think they thought I made it up.
Depression is a battle, but one you cannot lose. You've got to keep fighting.

Bonding For The Win!!!!!!!!!!

I was worried that with my love of all things bespectacled, everyone would think that I faked it. Luckily, I can’t fake the fact that I have astigmatism…I think?!? I get my glasses on the 19th and I would adore any recommendations that you have.

Oddly enough, I had only seen a few episodes of Dead Like Me (when the SyFy channel did a marathon and it was terribly out of order) then I got a Roku and Netflix (Why yes, I am horribly behind the times - How nice of you to notice XD) and I spent last weekend watching the entire series. (I heart Mason)

My purpose in life is to remember random things (such as the name of that Zach G. movie)

My depression is under control :) I have done both the therapy and medication routes (meds never worked for me) It’s all about learning how to manage it.

why hello there! :D

young bruce dern in hush, hush sweet charlotte is possibly one of the only roles i actually really really like him in. it is a tragic role sadly, which makes me question that likeability with a quizzical look. but regardless: it is the single most creepiest film of my childhood existence. hands down; i still need to watch it with the light on.

welcome to the world of eye support. you have admired it from afar and now you join the ranks the bold and bespectacled. it is fate, methinks. also, in addition to correcting eyesight they have wonderful other uses like: if you wanted to do some spontaneous welding, or to stop that pesky neighbor from poking you in the eye, or as a paperweight to hold down important papers on a clear breezy day. see, the possibilities are endless! :)

Howdy!

I just love that Hush, Hush Sweet Charlotte can be that creepy and not be gory…Most the props were ceramic XD Bruce Dern rocks!

I am mostly looking forward to the ability to read clearly again. However, I will endeavor to utilize my glasses to their full potential (ex. paperweight, ocular safety device, etc)

I heart Zach G. forever! I have adored him for so very long. The first time I ever heard The Shins was on his short lived music show on VH1.

lol, ceramics. that scene is literally the best. that whole movie made me see olivia de havalland in a completely different light. now every movie where she plays this sweet innocent girl i am wagging my finger at the tv going oh no you aren't sista!

congrats on the seeing clearly. i find it helps me in all sorts of daily activities such as driving, needlepoint, and base-jumping. jk, i don't base jump :D

i used to watch his show too! later in life my bf found and downloaded all the episodes so we can rewatch them whenever we want. it's a shame that he's not gotten the recognition he truly deserves until only recently. he is a vast wealth of hilarity and scruffy beardedness. he's like an awkward teddy bear and i heart him dearly. have you ever watched tru calling? i know he wasn't funny on that but i (and perhaps i alone in all the world) loved him as davis.
