So this week we've been "bricking" as I like to put it our backyard. Before it was a rock waste land, but now it's pretty awesome. I was slowly but surely working on it, but yesterday Scott took over, and a lot more has gotten done. It'll be awesome by saturday ( Read more... )

Are you taking any kind of suppliments? Since I started going to the gym I try to have a protien shake afterward so my body recovers faster, you may want to look into doing the same? :D Bill gets it at Sam's Club..

I'm not taking any supplements. D; I probably should take a multi-vitamin pack or something.

Good idea, I used to drink a shake after working out at the gym, I think I'll ask Rich what I used to get so I can try and recreate it. :D

Amke sure you drink a buttload of water too. Just the higher temps are enough for people here to need more water, but adding excersize on top of that really makes it important. :D
