We are in need of a "Dot" fix! We'll have to get in touch when weekends aren't so hectic around here! Glad to hear the Oragel & teething rings are soothing... I still swear by those teething tablets I purchased at a healthfood store way back in the early 90s...I will have to rack my brain to remember their name. Hugs from us 2 to the both of you!
My sister gave me the remains of a bottle of Hyland's Homeopathic Teething Tablets, which she swears by. We still aren't quite sure if Gareth is teething or just fussy because of the cold.
Fussy and waking up every two hours, dammit. Stretching out his nursing times would work a lot better if his throat didn't hurt.
Yes! those are the little gems! I haven't made it to a health food store but I bought them at that store that used to be in the same old building w/ Hess photography Lorna. I think that Pier One is now in that building...but maybe the studio & health food store is still there too? Thanks dragonweaver for knowing the name. :) I hope they work for you & your little guy!
Advice from your friendly family physician in Ohio: the teething tablet that the previous posters have written about contains several ingredients that you may want to investigate and make an informed decision about. These include caffeine, chamomile and belladonna. There are risks and benefits to using any type of medication (including homeopathic regimens). This particularly needs to be kept in mind when administering anything to a young child.
