Um... getting easier ... yes. and no.
You know that when kids can ride in the grocery buggy, that doesn't mean they WILL. You know that you have to "be Prepared" like a boy scout for any and all eventuallities until, well, they move out. (I still rely on my mother for lipstick when we go out.)
Nap time is crucial! For everyone!
So is bathroom time. I bribe my hubby to take care of the kids while I indulge in a 1 hour "bath and candle with good book and music ritual" at least 3 times a year, maybe more.
Comfort nursing: it's sweet sometimes, and a pain most of the time. I vote, try the Paci again!!!
And, of course, every time you start over with a new child, it's different. Live, learn, love! Have fun!

"Pee-Pee TeePee"? Sheesh, if you've got everything else, what's wrong with a gift certificate for a babysitter and a pedicure? Or at least extra diapers!

It's been so long since I had the Munchkin that I honestly don't remember ... and having an only child, I never had to juggle two kids at once (unless I was babysitting). You are so fortunate you can nurse ... I was incapable of producing enough milk, so I had to switch to formula, which sucked (no pun intended, though that was pretty funny, wasn't it?).

JD is adorable! And I'm glad he seems to like Little Brother. We'll see what he says when Little Brother is messing with his Legos ...
