If I have to take one more shower in our grimy tub... I'll scream! Matt has been a wonderful help to me but he absolutely refuses to touch the bathroom. It's been that way since we were first married. And I'm okay with that

Congrats! Yes, you have been *gasp* Domesticated!! When you think a large appliance is a great gift, you know you have officially "Grown-up-and-become-domesticated." I thought my mother was bonkers when she broke down in tears at a new dishwasher. Little did I know!!!
You're doing the cloth nappies-thing. Go You! I did that for my first two, years and years ago. The girls had really sensitive heinies and got rashes all the time. We are now travelling the well-trod, eco-unfriendly path of disposables, with only minor guilt pangs. My LJ friend rin69 actually found eco-friendly reusable washable period pads, filled with hemp. They are expensive to start with, but she says they're great (with a private washing machine).
Be CAREFUL washing the tub!!

I did the tub this evening. Really, really. And it turned out wonderful. Or at least I think so.
