OTC 33.3--How was your day?

...Pretty much the first thing the guidance counselor asks when I get into her office. I know what she's doing. She's trying to put me at ease, and make it just that much easier for me to trust her, so that maybe--just maybe--I'll finally tell her who's hurting me.

No, I wouldn't choose a different way--even if I knew everything then that I know now. Which--possibly makes me a bit of a horrible person, but... I like who I am now, despite everything it took to get me here, and how difficult it makes some things.

I know. But they sometimes make exceptions when childhood pressure or, well, I think they'd term it abuse, is involved--even for adults.
