As an aside, there is one thing that Abby's check list doesn't cover and that's dressing age appropriately.

The line between looking like a With It 40-something and someone who's raided their teenage daughter's wardrobe is very fine! Then there are women who go the other way and dressing like they're 60 already as it's only a matter of time and what's a few years between friends! Either way, you end up looking older than you are.
