Senior management will let me know today if managers and above will get ours in February. (they have to let me know because I have to adjust the budget accordingly)
I'm ok with no raise if it helps me keep my job.

Mr T did the math, it's less than 1% and won't even cover my train fare increase! As Ordinary Mum said, I don't mind working, but I do mind working for free! Hoping for a raise and a job for you! You work darned hard and deserve both!
