Friday night I had the most amazingly excellent time at the Carrie Newcomer concert with Derby. And Carrie has a new song she's working on called "Don't hit send" which basically refers to those tragic vignettes you hear about when people write out emails and either send them to the wrong people or write them, don't intend to send them, but somehow

I think that what your friend might have meant by "be selfish" is that you need to make some time for you in your life, and make sure you're taking care of Suzy. You work so hard for all of us, and I hope you're taking care of what you need too!
