Missing memories

My memory is shot to hell. I know I'm missing at least a year thanks to sleep apnea, but there are days things still don't register. I don't watch them as often as I used to but according to imdb someone wrote in the episode "Submission"(aired March 12): "Detective Cyrus Lupo is seen taking his new dog (apparently a pit bull obtained from an unknown source) for a walk in NYC. As pit bulls involved in dog fighting are dangerous, and not suitable as pets, this last scene sends a very confusing message. For more information, see www. DogsBite.org."

Hope that helps.

That helps a heap! Thanks! I can now remember bits of the episode (and many of the details of the crime). I think the adoption of the pit at the end of the episode was a bit of a poke at Vicks, the football player who a bunch of his animals seized. Or maybe a nod to the animal rescue folks who are helping to save/rehabilitate his dogs. Not all dogs involved with fighting can be rehabilitated, but some can. http://www.badrap.org/rescue/vick/ has more information on Vick's dogs as well as pit bulls in general.

Yes, what Vicks did was horrible. I just don't understand how anyone could treat any animal like that (or humans for that matter).
