Nano geek-ism

Well, about bloody time too! Better save up, I guess...

It's 16.00 and only now, the fog that has been blurring the day, is gone. Not the overcast gray clouds though. They remain pestering us.

*shakes head @ squashed pelgrims*As bureaucratic as the Netherlands can be, I'm still thankful that such an event could never happen over here ( Read more... )

Another Mecca, another bunch of squashed pilgrms.

Or as a friend of mine put it last year: "haha! Where's your god now pilgrims? Hah!"

Yup.
Although required, I would never do the rockthrowing thingie. If people asked me if I had, I'd just fake my way through it.

That joke is almost 2000 years old. lol

*glares at your ipodness*
it's just like highschool and college with its elite groups and fraternities where only the rich and privilaged belong (in this case, the iPod posessors). What's the big deal with ipods anyway? it's just. a bloody. mp3 player. *palms face*

Em. I'll go have some vodka now. And a chill pill or two.

Yeah, I know. Expensive hobby.
What I like about it, is the littleness of the thingie; I can take it anywhere! Plus, I can store 1000 songs on it. I also like the podcasts.
Basically, it comes to this: before, with my diskman, I had to schlepp CD's and batteries everywhere and had to choose all the music beforehand. Now, I can just put one tiny box in my pocket and I have hours and hours of audio with me. :)

Ánd? o_O

My guess is that the extra electronics would have meant they couldn't have it quite as slimline. The software seems to already be on the iPod...

If the new samsung chips will give them a 30-60gig iPod solid state, then probably. However, frankly I'm not toooo worried. I have 50gig of music, its not like I'll be lacking choice, radio is just a bonus.
