Mehehe, this is a post that always wanted to happen over at FR. Seriously, you can just read Delilah and Barnabus right into this because this is their backstory (without the darker parts about the Hunter and maybe one day I'll tell that story, ha!)

*squee!* As Muse said, I can't help thinking of FR when I read this, of course. But it's also a creature all its own, and the sort that I'm delighted to see. I mean, this was the underlying story to Red Riding Hood all along, wasn't it? Just literally translated. ;) And very sexy, hehe! LOVE!

To be srs bsns just for a minute, I did sorta try to keep the moral of the original fairy tale there. And, let's face it, the traditional tale is really as close to porn as those things are gonna get, bwahahaha! Oh, it was so fun writing something so delightfully filthy and, as I told Muse, a lot of it came out of plans for things I had to write for Delilah and Barnabus (after I got my greedy little mitts on them, hehehe!) but I'm also tickled to hear that this has its own, unique voice as well, 'cause I tried! Tackle-hugs!
