He was The Ruby in the Smoke - but I never watched that

Nope me neither... but I can see him as the Doctor which is always a good start I think... I wanna know what the new outfit will be like!!

Yeah, he sorta seems lik a David again, but yeah, I can deifnately see him as the Doctor which is very good!

I had been almost certain given the end of Survivors that they were going to say Paterson Joseph. Then when they kept saying 26 years old all I could think was "how can the Doctor be that young/that's younger than my little brother"

I must say, I didn't recognise the name Matt Smith, even though I have seen Ruby in the Smoke. Although he's young I guess he's not that much younger than Peter Davidson was when he was cast as the Doctor (29).

That said, he did seem to look the part. I guess the speculation now going to have to change from 'who's going to be Doctor' to 'what's the new Doctor's outfit going to be' 'will they change the interior of the TARDIS' and 'how's the regeration going to happen'

Exactly! Matt Smith definately looks like the Doctor, and yeah, I wanna know what he's going to be wearing next.
