The zombies are a tool for multiple threats in the city where the game is run- They are used by the main villain to run as a distraction so he can swoop in and steal whatever biological weapons he wants from the major medical and biological corporations in the city. Usually he just lets them loose to wreak havoc and infect as many citizens as he can, then attempts to sneak behind the PC's backs (Using the crazy amount of invis, shadow shapeshift and whatnot) and steal what he wants for his sadistic goals.. I'm going to need a flying threat as well to combat flying PC's...quite possibly gargoyles.

I can handle the random abilities, I just need stats. :o/

If you just say superheros then typical "horror" zombie probably won't work - players will be too pumped. They will kick them off buildings or scoop up hordes of them into dumpsters and pour them off mountain tops. Or throw them into space, if they are not living ( ... )

RJC, I thank you very, very much for your 2 posts. I hadn't thought about allot of what you brought to light, and that saves me from slamming my head into the table when it comes to game time.
