I and I just had a revelation and that is, I am going out with the girl that I want to spend the rest of my life with
When I saw her friday... She was just so beautiful. Even when she plays baseball she has a certin grace about her

it took me a day and a half to comment on this
because i had to think of what i wanted to say:

i can't imagine someone
more perfect than you.
i'm not talking about
actually being flawless
because if you didn't have flaws
i couldn't relate to you.
i'm talking about that perfection
that is attained through time.
for example,
i don't know why
the sound of your voice
can turn my rotten day into a beautiful one
and turn my tears into smiles
and i don't know why
you always know what to say
and when to say it.
i don't know why
you do the things you do
i know only that
they make my life better all the time.

no longer can i take for granted
your always being there,
my best friend.
because i know
what life is like when you're not around.
it's gray and emotionless
depressing and withdrawn.
so i don't take you for granted.

i want you to know
that every minute i spend with you
i cherish.
i want you to know
that i'd marry you tomorrow
with a singing elvis as witness.
i want you to know that i'd die for you.
and be happy about it.
