I know I haven’t written in a while but this is going to be a whiny, ranting post so this is a fair warning - do not read on if you do not want to.

Two weeks ago I finally found a job after looking for one for a VERY LONG TIME - tech support for Microsoft. I'm currently in the course to teach me the basic tech skills needed to do tech support
