I think its pretty good :) Is smooth and pretty. In my settings in save for web the only difference is that in Dither I use "No dither".
The only tip I have to give it to you is that Photoshop imports AVI files. You don't have to save frames in virtual dub. This program I only use to save segment (a small part) of the video. With Photoshop you can import just a piece of the video too, but if it takes long to load Virtual Dub is pretty useful.
Go in File>Import>Video Frames to Layers. Photoshop import AVI, MOV, MPG and MPEG.
