My jeep was towed this morning because I don't have my parking sticker on the back windshield yet. It's going to cost me $85.

I could break someone in two right now. I'm thinking the guy who answers the phones at the towing agency would be a nice target for my wrath.

Go beat up the person that called the towtruck.

If it is the sticker system, what if you were driving someone else's car, or had a loaner vehicle?

That just plain sucks. :(
