Today started out not amazing. I took my grandma to her doctor's appointment which was hard. It's difficult to watch her struggle through answering the doctor's questions especially when her answers are the wrong ones. She knows that she's doing too much for my grandpa but we can't get her to stop or afford help. I feel like she's not
