I would like some opinions please

As many of you know I have been searching for a place to call my own for some time now, and now I'm happy to say I think I may have found it. it does look pretty damn sweet. if the price is right (and if it's the one you told me, it is pretty damn good...) go for it. worse comes to worse they say no and you keep looking. but that kinda place which seems to need very little work done, that size, for that price... heck, i'm nearly jealous. you're crazy if you don't try for it.

This is a different property in the same devlopment as the other one I was talking about. This one doesn't have the upgrades that the other had however this one is a forclosure whereas the other one was a short sale and unlike nearly all other forclosures I've seen this one has new appliances and is not completly and totally trashed. So with any luck this place should breeze thru the FHA inspection.

I thought the shower looked pretty good (all be it small) However I think the issue with that bathroom is the fact that the shower clashes so much with the paint, once I get some paint in there that is a lot less PINK I think everything will be fine. I'm going for a FHA home loan so that will include a FHA inspection along with whoever I get to do an inspection as well (one of the girls that I work with has a husband who does house instpections).

Dennings likes the shower because it looks like a prison shower. Which begs questions about your own checkered past and quick recognition of prison decor.

we try not to talk about it. Everyone is entitled to a few mistakes in their past, but where did you think her idea to go to law school came from?
