Finally, this morning I got to stick it to one of the damned line drifters at the Dunkin' Donuts. I've never understood why most stores don't do like banks or the post office (Or Wendy's!), and have one snaking line with multiple clerks

Eh, we did that at the bookstore where I worked, and that confused people too. Even when I'd helpfully shout out "There's one line here, folks! Just like at the bank!"
