Hay, I didn't know you were going to Japan! That's beautiful... I'll miss you. Be sure to drop by and spend some time with Chris before you go, if you can. And remember to take notes on the cuisine...I want full details. It's my favorite cultural flavor set, and I imagine the japanese food in Japan is WAY better than the pale imitation that America supplies. Bring me back and interesting ingredient or two if you can, and I'll cook for you when you return.
