So yes, I have signed papers to the effect that I will be selling my house. After the carpet was laid I had the agents in the next day and signed with them an hour later. I've probably been ripped off. They probably saw me a mile away. But everyone gets a cut, and I'm sure mine will be the biggest in the end

Why do you need to make is look like a couple is living in your house? Is it about proving that it is possible for two people to co-habit there? Or are houses occupied by at least one women inherently more appealing to home-buyers?

Yeah, I was going for the co-habitation thing to give a sense of liveability for couples.
