Well it seems you are getting close. But seem to have problems with heat yet. I would take it easy so you do damage more than a spark plug. I find it interesting that when you take the water out the air like a dehumidifier or, air conditioner it gets colder. But when you inject as mist into the engine it cools the temp down. It is suppose to absorb the heat. I can see it when the spark plug fires. But it must cool the temp down before it happens. I posted these before but you might have seen them. I know that you want do it with out any kind of water injection .But looking at the problem from another perspective might give you some other Ideas.
