alas, from the shit i've seen in my younger years, I can't accept that everything just ends when you die... too much inexplainable shit out there, too much of the "supernatural"... (but again, one of them subjects I avoid talking casually about as it tends to dissolve friendships and make smigs seem more like a madman...)
but yeah, i'll agree that the main purpose of religions are to keep the status quo. to keep the peace.
